Phillip A. Stringfield is the Founder and CEO of Patriot Seven. A decorated military leader, he concluded a distinguished 35-year military career serving as the 8th State Command Sergeant Major and Senior Enlisted Advisor of the Georgia Army National Guard at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia.

Throughout three and a half decades of service to this nation, CSM (Ret.) Stringfield held vital command leadership and staff positions, guiding service members through complex operations and combat deployments. Those decades operating at the highest levels of military leadership gave him deep perspective into the irreplaceable discipline, technical acumen, and mission commitment service members bring to any organization.
